Get a participant
GET
/v1/events/{id}/participants/{participant_id}One roster entry. A REMOVED participant is served here, reporting it through removed_at, so a stored link does not break when somebody leaves an event — the list is the surface that hides them, retrieval by id is not. Returns 404 for a participant of another event, an event of another club, or an id that is not a roster entry; the response never distinguishes which.
