Every published version of the Platform Agreement stays available at its own permanent address. Order Forms and acceptance records identify the version they incorporate, so the text a customer agreed to never changes after the fact.
The version in force for a customer is the one identified in their Order Form or acceptance record, until a change takes effect under the Agreement Updates section of that version.
Before this page
OpenCourt has contracted with sports clubs since 2024. Agreements entered into before February 2026 were individually negotiated and executed directly with each customer, and were never published on this site, so they are not listed below. Many remain in force on their own terms. This page lists only the versions of the published Platform Agreement, which OpenCourt began publishing in February 2026.
