Add family members to your membership
Put your spouse, kids, or other dependents on your family membership — at checkout or from your membership page.
Add the people in your family to your family membership so they're covered too. (A couple of minutes. You need a family membership, and the people you're adding need to be in your family in OpenCourt first.)
Before you begin
- Make sure each person is already in your family in OpenCourt. Add a spouse, partner, child, or dependent under your family settings first — then they're available to add here.
Add people while you buy the membership
When you check out for a family membership, there's an Add family members step. Pick the people you want to include, choose a type for each one if your club offers types, and finish checkout. They're added as soon as your membership is active.
Add or change people afterward
-
Open your membership and find the Family members section.
-
Choose Attach family member, then Select a family member from your family.
-
If your club offers types (like Adult or Kid), pick the right one. If there are no types, the person just gets the membership's access.
-
Save your changes.
What happens next
The people you add are covered by your membership right away — they don't pay anything, and they get the access (and any booking passes) for their type. If you later freeze or cancel your membership, their access changes with it.
If something goes wrong
- The person isn't in the list — add them to your family in OpenCourt first, then come back. If they already have their own membership at this club, they can't also be added here.
- It says all spots are filled — your membership has a member limit and it's full. Remove someone first, or ask your club to raise the limit.
- You can't add or move anyone — your club may manage the family roster for you. Contact them to make the change.
