Checking in at your club
How to check in when you arrive — show your Check-In QR Code to staff, or scan the club's posted QR to check yourself in.
When you arrive at your club, you check in so staff know you're there for your booking. There are two ways, and your club uses one or both.
The two ways to check in
- Show your QR to staff or a scanner. Open My Profile → Check-In QR Code and hold your phone up to the club's scanner, or show it to a staff member. You're checked in.
- Scan the club's posted QR. If your club has a QR code on a tablet or poster, scan it with your phone camera. A check-in page opens where you tap Check in yourself.
Either way, if you owe a fee you'll pay it first, and if your club needs a signed waiver you'll be asked to sign before you're checked in.
