Check in at your club

Check in when you arrive by showing your Check-In QR Code to staff, or by scanning the QR your club has posted. (Under a minute. You need the OpenCourt app and a booking today.)

Before you begin

• The OpenCourt app, signed in with the email you booked with.
• A reservation, event, or program today (or a spot on someone else's booking).

Show your QR code to staff

1. Open the OpenCourt app and tap My Profile.

2. Tap Check-In QR Code. A screen opens with your personal QR code and the caption Scan this QR code at your club to check-in.

3. Hold your phone up to the club's scanner, or show it to a staff member. You're checked in.

Scan the club's posted QR instead

If your club has a QR code on a tablet or poster:

1. Open your phone's camera and point it at the club's QR code, then tap the link that appears. The check-in page opens in your browser — no app needed.
2. If asked, tap Sign in to check in and sign in with the email you booked with.
3. Under Your bookings, find your booking and tap Check in.

If you owe a fee or need a waiver

• A fee is due — the button shows Pay to Check In. Tap it, pay, and you're checked in.
• Your club needs a waiver — you'll be prompted to Sign waiver before you can check in. Sign it, then check in.

If something goes wrong

• "QR code expired" — the club's posted QR refreshes on its own. Scan the tablet again to get the current code.
• You don't see your booking — you may have booked under a different email. Sign out and back in with the right one. If it's a friend's reservation, look under Happening at [club] and tap to claim your spot.
• It's not time yet — check-in opens a few hours before your booking. If you're early, come back closer to your start time, or ask at the front desk — staff can check you in early.
• You can't find your QR — it's in the app under My Profile → Check-In QR Code. If you're not on the app, ask the front desk to check you in.
